We are looking for a Customer service agent. This person will join a multidisciplinary team that creates and maintains the various products offered by Trisotech.
1. Tasks and responsibilities
Take information from potential customers.
Make outgoing and / or incoming calls
Communicate with potential customers for qualified
Make telephone appointments with clients
Follow up with customers
2. Desired qualifications
1-3 years experience in a call center or customer service agent
Excellent knowledge of oral and written French and English (grammar and spelling)
