We are seeking a dynamic BPMN Process analyst to join our agile development team creating industry-leading SaaS software. This person will join a growing multidisciplinary team that create and maintain the various products offered by Trisotech. We are looking for someone that like to experiment with new technology in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

The consultant sought works with customers, users and contributors.

He is responsible for the overall compliance of projects at all levels, from the discovery of business processes to their implementation, through modeling, simulation and BPMN optimization, according to the needs of the company. commercial and organizational objectives of the client.

He will also have an important role to play in analyzing and recommending business solutions and strategies in terms of impact on the organization.

It will work in the context of very complex issues and combine a pragmatic approach to BPM with the required sensitivity to the human challenges of managing change in business.

Training / Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience in the fields of business, process and information technology.
  • Approved certifications, approaches and methods in process management (eg Lean, 6 Sigma, BPMS software, CRM etc.).
  • Knowledge of Visio or other tools to do process modeling in BPMN.
  • Experience in managing large and small projects.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent influence and ability to manage team communications, problem solving and relationships with various stakeholders.
