We are looking for a Customer service agent. This person will join a multidisciplinary team that creates and maintains the various products offered by Trisotech.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Take information from potential customers.
  • Make outgoing and / or incoming calls
  • Communicate with potential customers for qualified
  • Make telephone appointments with clients
  • Follow up with customers

Desired qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in a call center or customer service agent
  • Excellent knowledge of oral and written French and English (grammar and spelling)
  • Essential bilingualism (French + English)
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Resourceful
